I recently sold my condo and to move to a retirement community.  I had lived in my condo for 29 years, and this was a daunting proposition for me.  I felt comfortable with Karen throughout the whole process, starting with our first meeting.  She provided me with a current market analysis for my condo, a plan for presenting my condo in the best light even though I was selling it “as is”, and a timeline for every step in the selling process.
